She said she’d call the manufacturer on Tuesday when she returned to work (this was Sat. afternoon) to order one if possible and get back with me. “I have been riding motorcycles for over 40 years, have even sold the Honda brand in the past. When I saw the Spyder advertised, it immediately caught me interest. At 64 years of age, it seemed to be what I was looking for to continue riding without fear of dropping a fully dressed cruiser. So, after about 2 months of dreaming we picked up a red 2008 SE5 Spyder from FBC on 11-18-2008. I was so very impressed with eveyone I met. The service department is hospital clean. I have NEVER seen a service department anywhere so CLEAN! We were greated soon after we walked into the dealership and were looking at the Spyders. Sales Manager Perry and sales reps Tommy and Phil were exceptional. The F&I Manager Ryan offered me a 5-year, extended warranty, which I purchased. That’s a no question, no head-ache plan. Jeff, Service Manager, was very curtious and explained the Spyder to us and answered several questions I had from the blogs I had read on SpyderTalk.com. Perry gave me a good trade-in value on my 2007 Kawasaki Nomad with 18,000 miles on it. So thanks to everyone at FBC my wife and I have started a new traveling experience.”

“My son bought a helmet on Saturday but it wasn’t fitting right. Although there is a “No return or exchange” policy we were told to speak to Lou Smith – Parts Director to see if it would be possible to exchange the helmet for a larger size. He took a look at the helmet and eventually approved the exchange for us. The exchange itself was handled by Bryan Everidge – Apparel dept and went very smoothly. Bryan even looked up a different finish of the helmet for us and got us an untouched version in the finish we really wanted, without us even asking. Both Lou and Bryan went above an beyond what would be expected and turned a sticky situation into a good one. They should be commended on their excellent customer service. I will definitely tell my friends about your great company and employees.”

“My husband and I visited your store Saturday, October 4, 2008 with our son who is interested in purchasing a Honda CBR sport bike. We were greeted promptly by various sales staff and were eventually assited by Eddie. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to answer all of our questions and give us great advice. We just came in for a look-see to get an idea of how much these types of bikes are and even though we weren’t ready to purchase at this time, Eddie was patient and didn’t “blow us off” since he wasn’t going to make a quick sale. He took the time to instruct our son on how to go about getting a license, what type of bike he recommends to a newbie, and how financing would work. We really appreciated the time and effort he spent with us and we WILL be coming back to him when our son is ready to purchase the Honda. We were also able to look at your huge selection of accessories and other bikes and were treated like family by all of your many salespeople. We were even invited to a bbq you were having by a nice blonde sales associate in the accessories department. Too often we hear about bad customer service. It’s nice to find a store that remembers what customer service is all about.”
